Terms and Conditions: Rates include 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge, and 5% VAT. Rates are subject to a Tourism Dirham of AED 20 per room per night for the initial 30 nights. Rates include housekeeping twice a week, all utility charges, Wi-Fi internet, and covered parking space. A 10% security deposit & 1 month advance payment is required prior to reservation. Long Stay Benefits & Services: 25% discount on food and beverage outlets in both properties. 25% discount on laundry services. 25% discount on spa treatments. 24-hour room service, fitness center access, security, and engineering services. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access. Access to outdoor swimming pool and pool bar. Proximity to Metro Station and shopping mall. All-day dining restaurant on-site. Fully equipped kitchen facilities. Payment Methods: A 10% security deposit is required at the time of signing the agreement to confirm the booking. All payments must be received in full as per the contracted rates in advance, prior to the arrival date. If payment is to be made in installments, postdated cheques must be submitted in advance to guarantee the agreement. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Bank Transfer, Postdated Cheque & Credit Card (subject to a 3% bank processing fee).
